Fall 2018 CAPS Student User Survey

The Center for Teaching and Learning is conducting research on the effects that CTL services have on student success.

You are being asked to participate in this study because you are a student who used CAPS services this semester. The survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Your involvement in this study is voluntary, and you may choose not to participate at any time.

Participation involves answering questions online about overall experiences and specific opinions with CAPS provided services. No names or identifying information are associated with your response. There are no known risks in this study, but some individuals may experience discomfort or loss of privacy when answering questions. Data will be stored anonymously. The findings from this project will provide information on how CAPS/CTL services benefit students and will allow us to improve our services here at UNM. If published, results will be presented in summary form only.
